New AEDC resources have been released by the New South Wales (NSW) Department of Education. These new videos have been developed for each of the five AEDC domains:
- Physical health and wellbeing
- Social competence
- Emotional maturity
- Language and cognitive skills (school-based)
- Communication skills and general knowledge
For each domain, an information video and a domain guide outline how educators and families can support children’s development. These resources can be used to inform early childhood and curriculum planning, support quality improvement and strengthen partnerships with families and the community.
The videos and domain guides are available now on the NSW Department of Education AEDC website.
