Summary
Table 1 presents the corrected PHN-SA1 concordance used to include PHNCode and PHNName in the AEDC microdata. A small number of SA1s that span across multiple PHNs were re-assigned appropriately to the most populated PHN, where it has the highest probability of representing the child's actual location. To rectify these variables in your microdata, kindly email support@aedc.gov.au for assistance.
Tables 2.1-2.3 present a version of LGAPublic, SA2Public, and SA3Public, respectively, that excludes 2010 data in calculating the publishable requirement for the geography. The current reportability indicator in the AEDC microdata is based on Cycle which includes 2010 data by default for Cycle 1. Simply merge the reportability indicator (e.g. LGAPublic) using Year and the area code (e.g. LGACode) variables from this table into your AEDC microdata. Note, only the reportability indicator for 2009/2010 should change.
