Summary
This report outlines the process of calculating critical difference of AEDC data over time. This involves four key stages of analysis which are described within.
In 2016, this work was extended to include calculating a critical difference for the percentage of children who were 'at risk' and 'on track' in each of the five domains. In 2022, this was extended further to calculate the critical difference for a new summary indicator – On Track on five domains (OT5).
